How to create local SEO reports in Localo?

1. What does the Reporting feature offer?


💡 You can track and present the data of your choice!

1.1 Ranking reports

Monitor how your business ranks for selected keywords in Google Search and Google Maps.

1.2 Competitor tracking

Compare your performance with top competitors in your area.

1.3 Visibility growth

Track improvements in your visibility over time.

1.4 Google Business Profile insights

View data such as profile views, searches, calls, messages, and direction requests.

1.5 Reviews progress

Monitor the number of reviews and average rating over time.

1.6 Content activity

See posts, photos, and updates published on your Google Business Profile.

1.7 Citation progress

Track the number and consistency of business mentions across directories.


2 - How to use and where to find the Reporting Feature?


💡 You can manage reports from the Reports Manager and configure auto-reports.

The Reports Manager is available in the Pro section:

Auto-report settings can be found in the top right corner of the Reports Manager:

This feature allows you to automatically schedule reports so they are ready to send at the right time.

You can define:

  • Date range (week, month, year)

  • Report frequency

❗ Important : Auto-reports are generated for all active business profiles in the selected workspace.

You can:

  • Customize report settings for each profile individually in the profile view

  • Manage multiple profiles at once using the Reports Manager

  • To disable auto-reports for a specific profile, adjust its settings in the Reports section


    To disable auto-reports generating for an individual profile, you can follow the steps below:


3 - How to create an instant report and send it?


💡 You can create a report from two places!

3.1 Report Management in Pro feature

3.2 Via Single Business Dashboard

To create the report - click an instant report button:

  • Choose a data range :

  • On the left header section, you can select the information to be included in the report, such as statistics, keywords, or other activities :

  • You can write your private message to your client here:

  • You can choose to provide clickable position maps:

    End user will be able to access separate link with interactive position map now.
    Available for PDF. and shareable link options.


4 - How to preview your report and share it?


💡 Before sending, you can preview your report and choose how to share it.

4.1 Previewing a report

You can preview your report here (1)

And share the report (2) through:

  • Email

  • Shareable link

  • PDF

4.2 Send it via Email option

Enter the email subject title and the recipient's email address. Once completed, you are ready to send the report.

❗ Important : By default, reports are sent from [email protected]. However, you have the option to use your own email address for this communication.

(see below screenshot) :

Replies will be directed to the email associated with the workspace.


5. Overview


💡 In the Single Business Profile dashboard, you can check the status of reports.

In this section, as shown in the screenshot below, you can see:

  • Whether an auto-report is scheduled

  • Whether the report has been sent

  • Whether it is saved as a draft
