Client Acquisition in Localo is a powerful feature that enables you to generate lists of potential clients and check visibility of your prospects. You can find it here:
It has two sections:
Leads Finder (1) - creates a list of profiles visible in chosen location
Visibility Scan (2) - enables to conduct detail scan of the Google Business profile for keyword of your choice.
To get started with Leads Finder, simply select the industry and city you wish to target, create a list of business and explore it with ability to see their Growth Potential, review rating and number of reviews. Then you can begin reaching out to new prospects from the list that is generated for you.
You can access Leads Finder by clicking on "Pro features" located in the top-right corner of your app.

Acquiring new clients is often time-consuming and inconsistent. Client Acquisition Mode simplifies and systematizes this process by allowing you to:
Discover local businesses with low visibility - Grow potential will be marked as High
Track outreach and communication
Seamlessly onboard new clients into Localo - create dedicated visibility map with one clinic.
3 - How Client Acquisition feature works
1. Finding Potential Clients
To get started, enter:
A business category or keyword (1) (e.g. “dentist”, “restaurant”)
best results will be achieved if keywords with location will be used: (e.g. “dentist New Your”, “restaurant London”)A city or location (2)
Localo generates a list of businesses with Google Business Profiles that may benefit from local SEO improvements — such as low rankings, poor visibility, or missing websites.
2. Evaluating Lead Potential
Each lead is automatically analyzed and enriched with key data, including:
Local ranking positions (regarding checked area)
Growth Potential score - measures how much visibility a business can still gain for this specific keyword.
It’s calculated based on Area Difficulty and Business Visibility — a higher score means more room for growth.
Missing elements (e.g. no website, low number of reviews)
3. Creating Visual Sales Materials
Client Acquisition Mode enables you to generate Position Maps, which visually show how a business ranks across a specific area for selected keywords.
These maps:

4 - What are the limits and restrictions?
Usage Restrictions for Leads Finder and Visibility Scan:
The only limitations apply when using the "Discover potential customer" button and Create Grid in Visibility Scan. These actions share a combined monthly search limit, which depends on your current subscription plan:
PRO 10 — up to 50 searches per month
PRO 30 — up to 150 searches per month
PRO 60 — up to 300 searches per month
PRO 120 — up to 600 searches per month
Please note that once you reach your monthly limit, further searches in these two areas will be restricted until the next cycle.
5 - Dedicated Visibility Scan in Localo
If you want to offer your potential customers visibility details, you can use Visibility Scan. This tool allows you to check Google Maps rankings for any profile without the need to manage them or adding to the main section of the app.
Key Uses:
Check visibility for potential clients — See how any business ranks on Google Maps for chosen keywords in different locations.
Analyze competitor positioning — Identify and view competitors ranking in the top 20 for those keywords at specific grid points.
Explore multiple locations — Create a visibility grid to visualize keyword rankings across a geographic area, and click any point to view the top 20 ranked businesses there.
