How to change your plan or cancel your Localo subscription?

Managing your Localo subscription is simple. Whether you want to upgrade your plan, switch to a different option, cancel your subscription, or request a refund, you can do everything directly from your Localo account.


🔁 1 - How to change your subscription plan


You can switch between subscription plans at any time.

To change your plan:

  1. Log in to your Localo account.

  2. Go to your profile Settings in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Billing from the dropdown.

  4. Click Manage Subscription and Change Plan

  5. Select your preferred plan and confirm the change.

You can also navigate directly to the 'Explore plans' section and choose your preferred plan from available options :

1.1 What happens when I change my plan?

As your business grows, you can upgrade your subscription at any time. Depending on your plan configuration, additional capacity may become available immediately or at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

💡 If you upgrade your plan

  • the new plan becomes active immediately

  • only the price difference is charged for the remaining billing period

  • a new billing cycle starts for the upgraded plan

💡 If you downgrade your plan

  • your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle

  • the new plan starts when the current billing period ends


❌ 2 - How to cancel your subscription


If you no longer need your subscription, you can cancel it directly from the Billing section.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Billing in your Localo account.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription.

  3. Follow the confirmation steps.

After cancellation:

  • your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • you won't be charged again

  • you can reactivate your subscription at any time

💡 Cancelling your subscription does not delete your Localo account.

Your account and data stay available, and you can reactivate your subscription anytime.

2.1 Do I need to cancel my subscription manually?

You only need to cancel subscriptions that renew automatically.

If you paid using a payment method that does not support automatic renewal, your subscription will simply expire at the end of the current billing period and no additional action is required.


🔄 3 - What happens if I don't renew my subscription?


If your subscription expires:

  • paid features will become unavailable

  • your subscription will no longer renew

  • you can reactivate your plan at any time

If a payment fails for an automatically renewing subscription, you'll receive an email notification with instructions on how to update your payment method.


💸 4 - What's Localo's refund policy?


If you're not satisfied with the service, contact our support team and we'll help you with the refund process.

Refund requests submitted between 30 and 90 days from the subscription start date may still be reviewed individually.

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 2 business days.
