3 — What is the standard refund policy?


  • The Administrator has the right to terminate the Contract concluded with the User with a notice period of 14 days. The termination shall be communicated to the User via e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

  • The User has a seven-day trial period, during which if you are not satisfied you can unsubscribe, and up to a week, the Service fee will be refunded.

  • If the user unsubscribes the packet within these seven days the costs will be refunded, but at the time of clicking cancel SUBSCRIPTION’’ and receiving the refund, you will lose access to the application

  • Please note, in general, we do accept all payment claims up to 30 days - but we do reserve the right to reject them in special circumstances - like: as an example - heavy usage of the app - or any other abuse that can take place.
