How to Get Started with Localo (Quick Guide)

Welcome to Localo!
We’re thrilled to be part of your journey to local SEO success. Whether you're running your own business, managing clients, or growing an agency, this guide will show you how to create your account, log in, and begin using Localo with ease.


Step 1: Create Your Localo Account

To get started, go to localo.com and click the "Start for Free" or "Get Started"

button.

You’ll be asked to provide your email address and create a secure password.

Setting Up Your Password (First-Time Login)

If you've never set up a password for your Localo account, follow these steps to create one and enable email login:

  1. Go to the Localo login page.

  2. Choose the option to sign up if you’re attempting to log in for the first time.

    • You can sign up by linking your Google account or by creating a new account with your email address.

  3. Once your account is created, ensure you set a password during the signup process.

  4. After setting your password, you can use your email and password for future logins.

Alternatively, you can sign up using your Google account for quicker access. This process allows seamless integration and eliminates the need to remember additional credentials.


Step 2: Log In to Your Dashboard

Visit app.localo.com to log in. Always use this URL to avoid login issues. Enter your email and password or click the "Continue with Google" button if you signed up with Google. Once logged in, you’ll arrive at your main dashboard—the control center for managing your local SEO.

Login Methods

There are two primary ways to log in to your Localo account:

  1. Using a Google Profile:

    • Simply select the "Sign in with Google" option on the Localo login page. This allows you to quickly access your account linked to your Google Profile.

  2. Using Your Email Address and Password:

    • Enter your registered email address and password to log in. If you don’t have login credentials yet or haven’t set a password, refer to the specific steps outlined below for guidance.

If you ever forget your password, just click "Forgot password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it.

  • Can I switch from Google login to email/password login later?

    • Yes, but you will need to set a password for your account as described in the signup process.

Important Information About Subaccounts

Currently, subaccounts cannot be accessed through the localagency.app platform. If you are using a subaccount, ensure you log in via app.localo.com instead. Following these instructions will ensure smooth access to your account.
