The optimization language determines the language used for Localo's recommendations, SEO tasks, AI-generated content, and optimization guidelines for a specific Business Profile.
By default, Localo automatically selects the most appropriate language based on your Business Profile and location. If needed, you can change it manually at any time.
1 - How to change the optimization language
To change the optimization language for a Business Profile:
Open your Business Profile in Localo.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Business Profile Settings.
Find the Optimization language option.
Choose your preferred language and save the changes.

2 - When should I change the optimization language?
In most cases, you don't need to change this setting.
However, you may want to update it if:
your Business Profile targets customers in another language
you manage businesses in different countries
you want AI-generated recommendations and content in a different language
3 - Does changing the language affect existing content?
No. Changing the optimization language only affects newly generated recommendations and AI content. Previously generated content will remain unchanged.
If you want older AI-generated content in another language, simply generate it again after changing the optimization language.
