1- How to navigate in the main multilocation dashboard? (top of the dashboard)
If you have more than one location, the top of your main dashboard view will look like this:

1.1 – Organization Switch & Creation
Switch between your existing organizations or quickly create a new one to manage multiple business entities seamlessly.
1.2 – Access Pro Features - Unlock advanced tools and features exclusive to Pro plan users for expanded dashboard capabilities.
1.3 – All Profiles Overview - Return to the main dashboard to view and manage all your business profiles at a glance.
1.4 – Settings - Customize your account preferences, organization settings, and other dashboard configurations from this tab.
1.5 – Add or Import Google Business Profiles - Easily add a new location or import multiple Google Business Profiles to centralize your management.
1.6 – Search Locations - Quickly find profiles or locations by entering a business name or address in the search bar.
1.7 – Tag-Based Profile Filtering - Display only profiles assigned with specific tags to organize and navigate your dashboard more efficiently.
1.8 – Gmail Account Filter - Filter visible business profiles based on the Gmail account used to manage them.
1.9 – Sort Profiles - Use this dropdown to sort your profiles by criteria like: most recently opened, most recently added, or in alphabetical order.
1.10 – Show/Hide Keyword Display - Toggle this checkbox to choose whether to display profiles with associated keywords, offering a cleaner or more detailed dashboard view.
2 - How to navigate in the main multilocation dashboard? (middle of the dashboard)
If you have more than one location, the centre of the main desktop view will look like this:
2.1 – Bulk Location Action - Apply actions to multiple locations at once, saving time when managing several related profiles.
2.2 – Pin a Location - Mark or highlight an individual location to keep it easily accessible or prioritized.
2.3 – Single Location Dashboard Shortcut - Clicking here takes you to the detailed dashboard for that specific location, where you’ll find in-depth insights and tools.
2.4 – Optimization Features Toggle - Turn optimization features on or off for this profile, customizing which advanced tools are activated.
2.5 – Business Protection Status - Visual indicator showing whether protection features for this business are currently enabled or disabled.
2.6 – Profile Actions & Settings:
Deactivate the profile to free up a slot in your next billing cycle.
Change the language for optimization.
Set where the visibility map will be generated.
2.7 – Add/Remove Tags - Organize your Google Business Profiles by adding or removing custom tags for easier categorization and searching.
2.8 – Keyword Map Shortcut - Clicking on a keyword opens a detailed visibility map, showing how the keyword performs locally.
2.9 – Keyword Visualization Diagram - Interact with different parts of the diagram to explore various visual representations of keyword data.
2.10 – Manage Keywords - Access a management screen where you can add new keywords or remove unwanted ones for this profile.
2.11 – Refresh Keyword Visibility - Use this button (active once per day) to update and refresh the visibility status of a specific keyword.
3 - How to navigate in the single location dashboard?
If you have one location, or you click on the business name, your view of the dashboard will be as below:
3.1 – Full Feature Access- Unlock and explore all Localo tools and functionalities available for profiles with optimization enabled.
3.2 – Optimization Features Switch - Easily enable or disable optimization features for the selected profile with a single toggle.
3.3 – Location Settings & Deactivation- Open location-specific settings to update details or completely deactivate the profile if needed.
3.4 – Keyword Position Map - View a comprehensive map displaying the search positions of all your keywords for this location.
3.5 – Manage Keywords - Add, remove, or adjust the list of keywords tracked for your Localo profile directly from this section.
3.6 – Tasks Shortcut - Quickly access your current to-dos and assigned tasks with this direct shortcut.
3.7 – Reviews Management - See a dedicated list of all new or unanswered customer reviews to streamline your response workflow.
3.8 – Content Calendar - View and manage all your scheduled and published posts, campaigns, or promotions in a calendar format.
3.9 – Taged Competitors Section - Analyze and monitor selected competitors relevant to your business within this focused section.
4 - How to navigate in setting tab?

4.2 – Language Selection - Easily change the dashboard language to suit your preference and improve accessibility.
4.3 – Help Center - Find comprehensive support through the knowledge base or connect directly with the support chatbot for quick assistance.
4.4 – Workspace & Member Management - Manage each Workspace’s settings and overview all members within the selected Workspace.
4.5 – Organization Member Control - Add or remove members from your organization to keep your team up to date.
4.6 – Billing & Invoices - View and manage your billing details, including access to all past and current invoices.
4.7 – Plans & Subscription Upgrades - Explore available subscription plans and upgrade to unlock more features.
