After reading this article, you will learn:

  • How to add a new user to manage the profile

  • How to enable profile connection with Localo

To allow third parties, employees, or friends to manage your Google Business Profile, you — as the owner or manager of the profile — must first grant them management permissions.

This authorization allows others to add the profile to their Localo account, manage it on your behalf, and make necessary updates.

Let’s see how to do it!

1 - Go to Google Business Profile Manager

Sign in to the Google account that manages your business profile and go to the Google Business Profile Manager section or use this link:

2 - Select your business profile

Choose the profile you want to grant access to, then click “See your profile”:

3 - Open Business Profile settings

Click the three-dot icon next to the profile completeness information, then select “Business Profile settings”:

4 - Users and access section

4.1 Adding users

Open the “People and access” section and add the email address of the person you want to grant profile management access to.

Remember to save your changes.

4.2 Accepting the invitation

The person receiving access will get an invitation email.

To gain access to the profile, they must accept the invitation.

💡 After accepting access, the user will be able to connect the profile to Localo and start managing it directly from the application.
