1. Main Dashboard – View with Multiple Business Profiles


Localo displays a number of key metrics that are relevant to your business performance and visibility, as well as to managing your subscription.

1.1 If your account contains multiple profiles : you are using a Pro subscription

Your first metric will be active locations and the number of available optimization slots (1 and 2).

Legend for points :

1 - all active profiles

2 - all profiles with optimization enabled

3 - pinned profiles

4 - all profiles that have ever been added to the Localo app and are now inactive.

1.2 Individual profile dashboard view – provides additional information as follows:

Each profile view includes the following additional information:

Legend for points :

1 - average ranking calculated from the results achieved for all of your keywords

2 - average visibility, i.e. the number of geographic locations where a top‑3 position has been achieved, calculated across all currently monitored keywords

3- number of tasks to do

4- number of new unanswered reviews.

1.3 In the main keywords section, you have:

In the section dedicated to keywords, you will find:

Legend for points :

1 - keyword positions in relation to competitors

2 - the percentage of checked points that achieve a top‑3 position in search results

3 - change compared to the previous visibility check

4 - information on when visibility was last checked


2 - Single business profile view


Below is the view for a single listing:

Legend for points :

1 - your overall visibility score based on positions across all tracked keywords

2 - your business’s average ranking position across all tracked keywords

3 - profile views in the last 30 days

4 - total number of received reviews

5 - indicator showing whether optimization features are enabled

6 - section displaying unanswered reviews

7 - calendar displaying published and scheduled photos and posts

8 - activity of pinned competitors

9 - number of available optimization tasks
