You can request a refund within 30 days of your payment if:

You paid by mistake or unintentionally
You were charged for a location you already paid for

⚠️ 2 - Are There Any Exceptions?
We keep it fair and flexible - but there’s one important thing to note:
💡 We don’t refund large batches of payments across multiple locations if the tool has been actively used.
That means if you’ve been optimizing 10+ profiles and then request a refund for all of them at once, we reserve the right to decline. This is simply to prevent misuse of the system.
We recommend testing Localo with one or two business profiles first. That way, you can see results before scaling.
💡 We don’t issue refunds for payments made more than 30 days ago.
