1 - Where to add your VAT and company details during the first payment?


After you make a purchase decision and click Buy Now button, a new window will be displayed. The first step (1) is to fill up your location details - choose your country of tax residence (If tax rules in the country are different depending on the district - the system will ask you to add a postcode for more accurate tax identification.

The next step (2) will be to add your VAT details.


2 - Where to update your information if you forgot to add them during your first payment or update your company details on your invoice?


If you forgot to add your information during the purchase or want to access your latest invoice follow those steps.

Go to your account (1) and to Billing section (2)

Scroll down (3) and choose the invoice of your interest (4).

A new window with your invoice will pop out.

3- What if I can't change my details?


To be able to do "business purchases," there will be different regulations depending on the country. If data that once has been added needs changing - and that was a "business purchase" please contact us via chat or support - so we will raise this issue to our payment provider, who can adjust the data according because you might not be able to do it yourself.
