If you're managing more than one location in Localo, tags make it easy to stay organized. You can create and apply custom tags to group locations however you like - by region, client, service type, or campaign.
This feature helps you filter and find locations fast, collaborate more easily with your team, and simplify day-to-day tasks across your account.
1 - What Are Tags in Localo?
Tags in Localo are flexible labels that help you group and manage locations efficiently. Instead of scrolling through long lists or searching manually, you can filter by tag and get to the locations you need in seconds.
This is especially useful when:
You have many locations across different cities or services
Multiple users manage listings in the same account
You want to assign locations to teams or workflows
2 - How to Create Tags
1. Add a New Tag
Type your custom tag into the input field in your Locations view and press Enter.
2. Apply Tags to Locations
Select your new tag from the dropdown to apply it to one or multiple locations. You can apply more than one tag per location.
3 - Managing Your Tags
View by Tag: Click any tag in the filter bar to see only the matching locations.
Or Sort by:
Last opened
Lat imported
Location name
Remove a Tag: Click the small “x” to unassign the tag from a location.
Auto-cleanup: If a tag is no longer used by any location, it disappears from your list automatically.
