The Reporting Feature in Localo helps you easily share progress with your clients, and show the input of your local SEO efforts.
1 - What does Reporting Feature offer?
Ranking Reports – Track and compare how your business ranks for chosen keywords across Google local search and maps.
Competitor Tracking – See how your rankings compare with top competitors in the area.
Visibility Growth – Reports showing improvements in search visibility over time.
Google Business Profile Insights – Data on views, searches, and customer interactions (calls, messages, direction requests)
Reviews progress - Tracks how many customer reviews your business has received over time, along with the average rating
Content created and published for the profile - Shows updates, posts, photos, and other content you’ve added to your Google Business Profile.
Citation progress - Measures the consistency and number of local citations (mentions of your business name, address, and phone number across directories)
2 - How to use and where to find Reporting Feature?
Reports Manager and Auto-report settings
(Report Manager is located in Pro Features (1 and 2)
Auto-report settings can be found in the top right corner (3). This feature enables you to automatically schedule the generation of the next report, ensuring it is ready to be sent on time.
You can select the date range (1) as a week, month, or year. Then, specify how often the report should be generated (2).
PLEASE NOTE:
You will receive automatic reports for all active Business Profiles in this workspace according to the settings outlined below. You can customize individual rules for each profile under the Reports tab within a single Business Profile view, or manage them in bulk through the Reports Manager.
To disable auto-reports generating for an individual profile, you can follow the steps below:
3 - How to create an instant report and send it?
The report creation process can be accessed from two locations:

To create the report - click an instant report button:
Choose a data range
On the left header section, you can select the information to be included in the report, such as statistics, keywords, or other activities.
4 - How to preview your report and share it?
You can preview your report here (1)
And share the report (2) through:
Email
Shareable link
PDF
Send it via Email option
Enter the email subject title and the recipient's email address. Once completed, you are ready to send the report
PLEASE NOTE:
By default, reports are sent from [email protected]. However, you have the option to use your own email address for this communication.
By default, a response to the e-mail will be sent to the email that managing the workspace.
5 - Overview
In the Single Location Dashboard view (1), you can confirm whether an auto-report is scheduled for generation (2) and see if the report has been sent or is still awaiting approval as a draft.
