3. How to Use It Most Effectively?
To get the most from the Optimization section:
Start with the Smart tasks and audit: . Begin with tasks labelled “High Impact”—these often involve core details like categories, hours, and services.
Use AI Insights Weekly: Localo updates its recommendations based on local ranking shifts and competitive data. Set a weekly reminder to review new suggestions.
Monitor Your Competitors: Use the Competitive Insights feature to identify trends or content types others use to rank well—then apply them to your own profile.
Track Progress: The section automatically reflects your optimization progress. Celebrate small wins, and use them as proof of SEO value (especially useful for freelancers and agencies reporting to clients).
Please NOTE:
You can enable/disable the optimization section - once you will get your profile where you want it - you can disable the optimization button - which will allow you to use the slot available for different profiles in the next billing cycle. Managing locations within your subscription plan in Localo follows specific billing cycle policies. When a location is removed from your subscription, whether you disable optimization or remove the location entirely, the corresponding subscription slot becomes inactive. However, that slot does not become immediately available for reuse. The freed slot can only be used at the start of your next billing cycle. This policy ensures that subscription plans retain their structure and functionality based on their fixed cycles. For example:
If a location is removed mid-cycle, you won’t be able to add a new location using the freed slot until the next billing period.
Similarly, turning off optimization during the cycle does not make that slot available until the new billing cycle commences. This approach helps maintain clear boundaries for subscription management and avoids mid-cycle adjustments affecting billing consistency.
