2 - How to monitor and manage reviews using Localo?


Thanks to the Google Review Management tool in Localo you can view your opinions and make a quick response through prepared templates. This is our first step towards our fully automatic responses.

Go to the ''Reputation'' and then to the ''Reviews'' section:👇

In one place you can see all your reviews(1) - those you have already replied to (2), but also new ones you have not yet replied to (3). In the last section (4), you can see which reviews have been removed by Google in order to ask the customer to leave a review again or to appeal Google's decision.

Two ways of adding replies:👇

  1. Create custom reply - write your own reply or choose one of your templates for this kind of a review.

You can create all templates for all reviews (from one-star review to five-star review) in advance here:

All templates will be used as the basis for responses to reviews - from one-star to five-star reviews. Once you have created these templates, you will find them in the suggestions when responding to reviews using the ''Create custom reply''.
