1. What are the different types of tiers in Localo?

In Localo we have three tiers for every business profile - namely Monitoring, Optimization and Automations & AI.

1. Optimization - in this tier you can enhance the visibility and ranking of your business profile in Google. Every of business profiles added to this tier will have an access to ALL Localo features that will allow you to improve your positions step by step through:

Audit
Tasks
Tracking position (position map, keywords + competitors)
Citations
Full statistics

Content with AI (photos, posts, offers)
Reputation management (review poster, replay templates, review management)
Free website

2. Monitoring - in this tier you will be able to track the positions of your business profiles based on 10 keywords of your choice. Remember that this tier doesn’t allow you to improve your ranking, but only gives you an insight into your visibility for various phrases in comparison to different competitors that serve similar services. Every business profile added to this tier will have such features:

Tracking position (position map, keywords)
Content with AI (photos, posts, offers)
Reputation management (review poster, replay templates, review management)
Limited statistics
Free website

3. Automations & AI - if you are interested in regularly adding content such as posts, photos, offers, or reviews’ replies to your business profile with AI - it is an ideal tier. You can plan the whole publication for one month in advance that for sure will speed up your work. The features that you can find in this tier are:

Content with AI (photos, posts, offers)
Reputation management (review poster, replay templates, review management)
Limited Statistics
Free website

2. How many Google Business Profiles can you Optimize, Monitor or Automate in the Localo plans?

Localo offers three different pricing plans for agency owners: Growth, Pro and Elite.

3. Where to find the tiers in Localo?

According to the plan of your choice - in the main dashboard not only can you see how many business profiles you can add to a given tier, but also can track how many slots are left and are to your use:👇

Every added business profile will have information (on the right side - 2 ) to which tier it is added.

4. How do you move profiles between tiers in Localo?

Look for the business profile you want to make the change and click on the three vertical dots at the right side of the profile name:👇

And then change the tier (make sure you have a free slot in the tier to which you want to transfer your business).

PLEASE NOTE!

When changing from lower tier to higher (ex. Automation & AI -> Monitoring) the change will appear right away, but when changing tier from higher to lower (ex. Optimization -> Monitoring) the change will appear on your next billing cycle.
